Works Secured for St Johns Fisher Catholic High School

We’re excited to announce that we have been appointed by Wates Construction to undertake the Building Manuals at the St Johns Fisher Catholic High School.

This work is inclusive of the Build, Mechanical and Electrical Manuals alongside the Fire Safety Manual, the TM31 Building Energy Logbook, a Bespoke Building User Guide and an Enhanced Schedule 10 PPM.

Set off Baytree Road, St John Fisher is currently spread across four different buildings on the site which are all in need of replacement. Once demolished, in their place will be nearly an 84,000 sq. ft Facility that reaches three storeys high. It will be complete with a wide range of teaching spaces, Multi-Use Games Areas (MUGA) pitches, state-of-the-art IT Systems, a dedicated football pitch, library, dance studio, gym and a Kiln Room.

Designed by Sheppard Robson, the new St John Fisher will also be net zero carbon in operation. One key aspect of its energy-efficient design is a bio-solar roof which goes beyond just the standard PV Panels.

Works Secured – Woldgate School, Pocklington

We’re excited to announce that we have been appointed by SES Engineering Services to undertake the Commissioning Management at Woldgate School, Pocklington.

The plans for Woldgate School and Sixth Form College in Pocklington include a new main teaching building, new sports facilities and landscaped grounds. Most of the existing school buildings will be replaced, but pupils will be able to remain in the old buildings while the work is carried out.

The new school will include an atrium, auditorium, library, classrooms and laboratories, and will be constructed to be eco-friendly and net zero in carbon emissions.

Works Secured for Solenis Bradford Manufacturer Facility

We’re excited to announce that we have been appointed by Vital Energi to undertake the Commissioning Management & production of the O&M Manuals at Solenis Bradford Manufacturer Facility. This work is inclusive of the Build, CDM H&S File and the Mechanical and Electrical Manuals.

Vital Energi are working with speciality chemical manufacturer, Solenis, to reduce the carbon consumption at its Bradford site through a new 17-year partnership to upgrade and operate the site’s energy centre, futureproofing the site’s production capabilities.

Bradford manufacturing facility is one of the largest and most productive single-owner chemical plants in the United Kingdom. The plant, which began manufacturing in 1953, primarily produces polymers and flocculants for wastewater treatment in a variety of heavy industrial markets, including pulp and paper, mineral processing and upstream energy.

Works Secured for Great Park Academy High School

We’re excited to announce that we have been appointed by Galliford Try to undertake the Building Operating & Maintenance manuals, inclusive of the Health & Safety File, at the Great Park Academy high School.

The new three-storey building will provide a permanent accommodation for 1,200 occupants, inclusive of a suite of special educational needs and disabilities support spaces. The project plans to create an inclusive and diverse space for the teachers and the students. The building will include dedicated spaces for sports, music, arts and drama facilities. Alongside a learning resource centre and a sports hall with a dedicated community entrance for the surrounding area.

Scheduled to be complete by summer 2025, the aim is to have the new, permanent, building open its doors to students in September 2025 and will provide facilities that will benefit the Great Park students for generations to come.

Works Secured for the NE02 Wembley project

We’re excited to announce that we have been appointed by HE Simm to undertake the Commissioning Management and the Commissioning & Testing at the NE02 Wembley project.

NE02 Wembley is part of a larger 227-million-pound development of the surrounding area. Set to be complete in 2025, the NE02 plot consists of two apartment blocks standing at 17 and 27 storeys. In total, the plot will eventually provide 487 flats to the area.

The homes are also set to be delivered alongside the completion of the brand-new Union Park, Wembley’s first new significant green space in over 100 years! Spanning 7 acres, Union Park will provide a green space for all local residents to enjoy, accompanied by children’s play areas and water features throughout the park.

We’re excited to announce that we have been appointed by NG Bailey to undertake the Commissioning Management, Commissioning & Testing and the Water Treatment at the Manchester Airport Terminal 2 Reconfiguration

The 1.3-billion-pound investment was first announced in 2015, with a vision to revolutionise both the customers and colleagues experience inside the airport. The goal being to provide state-of-the-art, world class facilities to all those making their journey through Manchester Airport.

We’re now approaching the second stage of the T2 which sees the transformation of the original Terminal 2 building to match the superb quality and functionality of its extension that opened its doors in 2021.

Works Secured for 33 Old Broad Street

We’re excited to announce that we have been appointed by Livingston to undertake the Commissioning Management, Commissioning & Testing, Water Treatment and the Mechanical O&Ms for 33 Old Broad Street.

Boasting an impressive 191,00 Sq. ft, the Grade A 1997 build is currently undergoing refurbishment. It resides in the heart of London and is intended to be used as the new head office for Lloyds Banking Group.

The building transformation is set to open its doors in November 2024 and is part of the groups plans to upgrade its property estate across the UK, creating modern state-of-the-art workspaces for its team!

Works Secured for National Rehabilitation Centre

We’re excited to announce that we have been appointed by TClarke Contracting to undertake the Commissioning & Testing, Water Treatment and the Mechanical & Electrical O&Ms for National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) Project.

The NRC programme was set up to help bring to life the ambition to transform outcomes of those who have suffered potentially life-altering injuries, trauma or illness.

The Nottingham University Hospitals NHS trust can currently provide rehabilitative support to just over 100 patients per year at Linden Lodge, with this new facility they will be able to help over 750 patients a year, that’s seven times as many patients!

Combining high-quality design and bespoke treatment facilities, this 70-bed specialist clinical building is set to be complete for 2025. Based in acres of parkland, it will contribute directly to patient wellbeing. It will be designed and constructed to achieve the highest standards of sustainability, performance and energy efficiency.

We’re extremely proud to be working on this project, helping to create a better future both in sustainability and for those who need specialist help.

Works Secured for Wharfedale Hospital, West Yorkshire

We’re excited to announce that we have been appointed by BAM FM to undertake the survey works at Wharfedale Hospital to help maintain the best healthcare in West Yorkshire.

The 9,500m2, 76-bed facility was built in 2002 and comprises of an endoscopy suite, minor injuries, outpatient, physiotherapy, pathology and radiotherapy departments and two operating theatres.

Our dedicated team of MEP Building Services Surveyors will undertake the surveying and validation on site, ensuring that all modifications that have been made since 2002 are meticulously captured. After which, they will use their expertise to produce schematics, valve schedules and As Fitted Drawings for the LTHW & DHW Services on the project!

End Systems Secures work with TClarke at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital

End Systems are preparing to start work at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) redevelopment at their Stanmore site for TClarke. The new inpatient facility will provide 91 beds with 50% being single rooms to enhance patient privacy and reduce infection.

RNOH is an excellent scheme to add to our portfolio as we steadily increase the number of large scale projects we are procuring whilst also growing our presence in the healthcare sector.

Due to the increase of larger projects we now employ over 40 Commissioning Staff consisting of Commissioning Managers, Engineers and Assistants. Our nationally deployed team services all areas of the UK including London where the RNOH redevelopment is situated.

Our Commissioning Site Supervisor, Daryl Hughes, will adopt the experience and lessons learned on recent major hospital projects to deliver a scope of works including commissioning and testing of mechanical systems including isolation room ventilation, water treatment services including post flushing sampling up to practical completion in accordance with BSRIA BG29:2012 table 11 and DOP testing of HEPA filters.

End Systems Secures Work at Farringdon Station with NG Bailey

Earlier in the year we were delighted to be awarded the contract to carry out a range of Commissioning activities at Farringdon Station in London for NG Bailey.

Farringdon Station will become the only station to link all three rail networks: Thameslink, Crossrail and the London Underground. As part of the redevelopment of this important Crossrail station, two new tickets offices are being built to provide step free access to the new platforms, 25m below street level.
